Order Cancellations
Cancellation Period:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellation Fee:
If you choose to cancel your order within this period, a processing fee of $100 will be deducted from your refund.
After 24 Hours:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellations after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately at help@metroelegance.com.au . We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please follow these guidelines:
Return Conditions:
- You must return the product in its original condition, including all packaging and without any damage.
- The product must be in a resalable condition.
Return Process:

- Ship the product back to our warehouse at the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to our warehouse.
Refund Conditions:
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If the product is in its original, undamaged condition, we will process your refund.
Refund Fee:
- A return fee of $200 will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and processing costs.
Refund Process:
- After inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
